I grew up between worlds. Mixed race: white, Hispanic, Chinese. An early Millennial who learned to translate between analog depth and digital speed before either camp had a name for it. An artist who loved systems. An engineer who dreamed in stories.

At sixteen, I became a single father to a son with autism. That experience didn't just shape me — it forged the central question I've been answering ever since, what does it actually mean to show up fully for another human being?

The answer, I've learned, is the same whether you're raising a child, leading a team, writing a book, or building a marriage. It requires the same thing every time: presence, courage, and a willingness to keep examining your own inner world.

I am a bridge builder by nature. Between the inner and outer. Between the individual and the many. Between the ancient and the emerging. I believe the most important work anyone can do is to become more conscious and then to use that consciousness in service of something beyond themselves.

That conviction runs through everything I do, the AI strategy I lead, the fiction I write, the podcast I host with my wife Aariel, and the philosophy I'm still working out in public — one breadcrumb at a time.
